In strict compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, Sinnaxia S.A.S. (hereinafter "Sinnaxia" or "The Firm"), with legal domicile in the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, issues this Privacy Notice addressed to its clients, corporate prospects and business partners.
This document establishes the security protocols and processing policies under which our firm collects, safeguards and processes your business information and personal data.
Sinnaxia S.A.S., operating as a firm of Strategic Consulting in Software Architecture, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Integration, is the legally responsible entity for the use, processing and maximum protection of your personal and corporate data.
To carry out technology audits, operational process diagnostics and the formalization of Staff Augmentation projects, Sinnaxia will collect the following data:
Identification and Contact Data: Full names of legal representatives and executives, corporate title, autograph signature, official ID, corporate email address and direct contact numbers.
Asset and Tax Data: Company name, Federal Taxpayer Registry, tax address, billing data and bank accounts for payment purposes.
Confidential Business Data: Information about your company's technology infrastructure, mapping of operational inefficiencies, internal databases, network topologies and financial projections shared with us for the design and proposal of solutions.
The information collected will be processed under the Firm's Information Security Management System (ISMS), exclusively for the following purposes:
A. Primary Purposes (Strictly necessary for the commercial relationship): Preparation of technology audits, feasibility diagnostics and value proposals (ROI). Execution of software development, automation (RPA) or infrastructure integration contracts. Billing, collection and compliance with tax and accounting obligations. Management of access, credentials and permissions in technology production environments.
B. Secondary Purposes (Prospecting and Positioning): Integration into Sinnaxia's B2B client portfolio. Sending executive newsletters on new technology regulations, digital adoption and exclusive service launches. Invitation to forums, assemblies or training sessions organized by Sinnaxia.
If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may express your refusal by sending an email to contacto@sinnaxia.com from the beginning of our commercial relationship.
Sinnaxia S.A.S. guarantees that your corporate information is processed under the strictest physical, technical and administrative security controls. All direct personnel and company members operate under Non-Disclosure and Industrial Secrecy Agreements (NDAs) with severe legal and financial penalties in case of unauthorized removal or disclosure.
Sinnaxia categorically declares that it does NOT sell, rent, transfer or market its databases to marketing agencies, third parties or external entities, national or foreign, except when ordered by a competent judicial authority.
You, or your duly accredited legal representative, have the inalienable right to Access your data; Rectify it if inaccurate; Cancel it when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes; or, Oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes (ARCO Rights).
To exercise these rights, you must send a formal request to Sinnaxia's Legal Privacy Department at contacto@sinnaxia.com, clearly and precisely detailing the data with respect to which you seek to exercise your right, attaching a copy of your official ID or notarized power of attorney. The Firm will issue a resolution within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days.
